Our Retreading Process
We follow a strict multi-step retreading process to ensure each tire is restored to the highest quality:
1. Initial Inspection
Each casing is carefully inspected inside and out by trained technicians using visual checks and advanced non-destructive testing. Any casing that doesn’t meet our strict standards is rejected.
2. Buffing
The worn tread is precision-buffed away, leaving a perfectly smooth and even surface. This step ensures proper bonding for the new tread.
3. Repair & Preparation
Any minor casing damage (such as nail holes or surface imperfections) is repaired to manufacturer specifications. The tire is then prepared with special bonding materials.
4. Building
A new tread is applied to the casing using the latest retread technology. This ensures strong adhesion and a precise fit.
5. Curing
The tire is placed in a curing chamber, where controlled heat and pressure permanently bond the new tread to the casing. This process creates a seamless, durable tire that performs like new.
6. Final Inspection & Quality Assurance
Every retreaded tire undergoes a final inspection, both visually and with specialized equipment, to ensure it meets or exceeds industry standards. Only then is it cleared for the road.
